The Florida Breastfeeding Coalition Inc. is funded solely through donations from individuals, businesses and organizations.

In our efforts to facilitate our mission to improve the health of Floridians by working collaboratively to protect, promote and support breastfeeding, funding is of prime importance to implement programs to promote awareness of the importance of breastfeeding to every segment of Florida's society including healthcare professionals and individuals on evident-based breastfeeding information to better empower mothers who choose to breastfeed their babies.

Donation policy: It is the policy of Florida Breastfeeding Coalition, Inc. not to accept donations, monetary or in-kind, from any representative of the artificial infant food industry (formula manufacturers), from any entity which profits directly from the artificial infant food industry, or from any entity which is not seen to be compliant with the World Health Organization International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes.

The FL Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services requires the posting of the following: "A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE (800-435-7352) WITHIN THE STATE. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE."
